Registration for 2024 Rye Youth Softball!

It’s registration time for the 12th annual outdoor season for Rye Youth Softball. We were very pleased that we were able to field 8 teams at the 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U levels in 2023 and we hope to match those totals for 2024. For those of you new to the organization, we offer a travel/rec softball program for girls in Rye and surrounding areas with the following Mission & Goals:

1. Prepare and develop our girls so they are ready to compete at the next level
2. Foster a community that supports teamwork and sportsmanship with a winning attitude
3. Have fun and develop lasting relationships

The age groups generally span from Kindergarten – 8th grade but it is based on Birth Date, grouped into the following age groups:

1. 6U: Birthdate before 9/1/16 - Registration Fees $75.00
1. 8U: Birthdate between 9/1/14 - 8/31/16 - Registration Fees $100.00
2. 10U: Birthdate between 9/1/12 - 8/31/14 - Registration Fees $125.00
3. 12U: Birthdate between 9/1/10 - 8/31/12 - Registration Fees $135.00
4. 14U: Birthdate between 9/1/08 - 8/31/10 - Registration Fees $135.00

The Season typically spans from Mid-March through June (although start time this year will depend on if we can practice indoors at all or if we need to wait for the weather to improve for outdoor practice) and each team will compete in ~10 games in the competitive Exeter League, which includes: Exeter, Portsmouth, Hampton, Rye, Brentwood, Stratham, East Kingston, Newfields, Sandown, Atkinson, and Kensington. We have great aspirations for the 2024 season as well as continuing to build the program into the future.
